An evolution of regional vocational education through the path of the Centre for Innovative Vocational Education Smart Technology (CIV-Smart Technology), a story of ambition, innovation and growing impact. In the period from 2015 to 2018, the first steps were taken to create an innovative learning platform, where interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral learning are central. In this unruly period of school merger, the foundations were nevertheless laid that led to a thriving region of knowledge and innovation. Meanwhile, CIV-Smart Technology has grown from an idea, experimentation and creation of preconditions from prototypes to a source of inspiration for students, teachers, and industry partners.
2016-2018: The formative years of the project
2018-2024: The continuation and expansion of the project
Director and programme director in the early development phase of the Satellite Labs/Living Labs .
Fundamental contribution to the development of the CIV-Smart Technology and Dutch Innovation Park/Factory.
Initially focused on creating an interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral learning environment.
