SPOOR22 connects education, welfare, and municipalities, empowering Social Workers to bridge communities and systems for a resilient society.
The mission of SPOOR22 is to provide secondary vocational educational (vet)social workers with the professional platform they deserve. Through close collaboration between educational institutions, welfare organisations, and municipalities, the program aims to align education with practical needs, enabling social workers to effectively contribute to the well-being of local communities.
SPOOR22 believes in the vital role of VET Social Workers as indispensable links between the lived experiences of residents and institutional systems. By fostering sustainable partnerships and promoting the exchange of knowledge and experiences, the program envisions an environment where social workers can develop and excel in their field.
Through its diverse network of partners, including Albeda College, the Municipality of The Hague, ROC Mondriaan, and Sociaal Werk Nederland, SPOOR22 delivers significant social impact:
- Strengthening social cohesion in neighbourhoods through the deployment of well-trained social workers.
- Improving community well-being by addressing societal challenges collaboratively with residents.
- Developing future-proof education tailored to the needs of the labour market and society.
